This tool seems to be well made, but because I've never seen one before, I had no idea how to use it. I thought some instructions would come with it...but there weren't any! I took some pieces of jewelry and the tool to a jeweler I know, thinking I could have a demonstration. I was told they never used a tool like that, but instead just picked up their own handy nail clippers, and the stones popped out....just like that! I still haven't figured out how to use it!
