Purchased this sprayer to apply Cerakote. I am not a painter by any measure. The quality of the sprayer really surpassed my expectations and made the job easy. The results were fantastic. If you are an experienced applicator you might have a different experience but the sprayer was very easy for me as a first time user to use and the results were amazing. The comtrols were intuitive and cleanup was easy because everything is metal except the reservoir cap. Looking forward to the next project that involves Cerakote. You will need the appropriate adapter to connect this sprayer to your air supply.
