This is what I needed at a good price and fast delivery.Unit is durable, good for field work. Press the on button and set down for a few minutes for apparent accurate meaurments of humidity and tempreature (displayed at the same time next to each other). Keep in mind tempreature and humidity can change daily. The unit does not turn off automatically, which i guess is good sense the longer it is in environment the more accurate the reading? What more can I say...We have tried multiple hydrometers without accuracy. We were about to go to either wet/dry bulb thermometer or sling hygrometer when we noted this item. While we have no substantiated comparison its readings are consistent with expected humidity and seem to follow the ambient outside readings. Easy to use and responsive. Recommended.Great tool. The nice big LED numbers make it easy to make photographic documentation of the temp and relative humidity during our home inspections.Seems to give reliable readings.Had it a short time but so far so good.
