I was taking a college corse and the class was blueprints. I’m still not going at blueprints but this little kit sure does help. It’s been maybe a year and it’s still in good shape. 10/10 would recommend!It haves veen very helpful for my welding blueprintsVery nice and handy for kids.Fine classic set in solid storage tinThe compass doesn't do a very good job of tightening down on the pencil.This is exactly what I was looking for: an inexpensive set for my daughter so she can start to familiarize with these tools. It is built for small hands. The compass is misleading: it is one of those that has a pencil attached (not my favorite, but again, inexpensive). The other thing that looks like a compass is not for drawing, but for measuring only. It also has a ruler with letters and numbers my daughter loves. And... if you get rid of the inside padding, you can easily store everything in the metal box even without disassembling the compass.Now, this is probably not a good set for an older kid if you want to do something a little bit more serious. So far, the compass seems to hold the measure, but it is not very precise. Also small, so won't be enough for big circles. The ruler is also small... I will plan on buying another one when the time comes. But for now, this is just what we wanted.Bought this thinking its from staedtler and expected it to be great but ofcourse you get what you pay for so shouldnt come as a surprise. Its good for teaching the basics and introducing compass/ protractor to kids and getting concers clear... definitely the stencil given is very flimsy but again thats not even important. Basically for the price paid its a good beginners pack !This set is fine for geometry class. The tin case protects the set. Staedler did a nice job on this set.This set contains all of the instruments a young person might need for their first geometry set. The quality of the compass and dividers isnt up to much but they should do. The set squares, protractor and ruler are fairly sturdy and will suit small hands. With the remaining items and sturdy metal case this set is reasonable value for money and is cheaper here than anywhere else I could find.Perfect for what was needed, can see the numbers where the blue lines are. Great it comes in a tin, keep it altogether in school bagGreat maths set. Value for money, from a brand you know you can trust.I found this to be an excellent set at a highly competitive price. I am using it to draw small symmetrical doodles and has proved to be of great aid. Very pleased.Nice
